How to disable UAC in Windows 7 and Vista

UAC has the purpose to increase the security of your system. It asks confirmation every time a program installation wants to make a change to your system.
What if you are administrators of you PC and you know what you are doing? Windows requires anyway a confirmation at every installation, something like this:

Boring!
To remove these messages:

1. Control Panel

2. Action Center
3. "Change User Account Control Settings" - Slide down the slide you get on the pop up window to "Never Notify"
Confirm with "OK"

Reboot is needed to apply the new setting
