How to enable Telnet on Windows 7

I use telnet quite often and the first thing I notice after switching to Windows 7 is that by default telnet is disabled on Windows 7.
Quick way to enable Telnet:



1. Start - Control Panel

2. Program and Features

3. Turn Windows features on or off

4. Telnet Client
