Return receipt in Lotus Notes

Till R8.5 when you open e message for which the sender has requested a return receipt there is no way for you to control whether a return receipt is sent or not.
This is a "global setting". Means that you enable all users to send receipt or not.
To manage this global setting open the Server Configuration Document
